A message dated May 21, 1997, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(RES)                                                 
"An Act relating to the issuance of hunting, trapping, and                    
noncommercial fishing licenses, tags, and permits and to residency             
for fish and game purposes; and providing for an effective date."
